Tolerances

How tight can we hold it?

Pick a band when you order — our engineers confirm the achievable tolerance for each feature at review, before anything is quoted.

Standard General machined parts, brackets, enclosures — where fit is forgiving.
Fine Mating parts, bearing seats, keyed shafts — where parts must assemble cleanly.
Precision Gears, moulds, press-fit features — critical dimensions called out per drawing and inspected.

From your drawing to your door

Order online in minutes. Our assistant collects what the engineers need, and you follow every step on a private tracking page.

Submit

Describe your part in the online order form and upload CAD files or drawings — STEP, IGES, STL, DXF, DWG or PDF. No design yet? Tell us what the part must do and our engineers take it from there.

Engineering review

Our machinists and engineers review the geometry, material, tolerances and quantity, and work out the best way to make it on our floor.

Your quote

You receive a formal quote as a PDF — reviewed and approved by management before it ever reaches you. Track its progress live with your private link.

Production

On your go-ahead the job hits the floor: machined, finished, inspected and handed over — by the same team that quoted it.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

What files can I upload with my order?

CAD models as .step, .stp, .iges, .igs or .stl; 2D work as .dxf or .dwg; drawings and references as .pdf, .png, .jpg or .jpeg; or several files together as a .zip. Up to 6 files, 25 MB each.

I don’t have a CAD design. Can you still make my part?

Yes. Choose “I need a design” when you order and describe what the part has to do — or attach a sketch or photo. Machine design is our core business, and the design team sits next to the machine floor.

How does the quote work? Will the assistant give me a price?

No — pricing always comes from our engineers, never from the assistant. The order assistant only collects your requirements. Each job is reviewed and quoted by the workshop, checked and approved by management, and sent to you as a formal PDF quote valid for 30 days.

How do I follow my order after I submit it?

Every order gets a private tracking link. It shows each stage live — received, engineering review, quote in review, approved, sent — and when your quote is ready, the final price and PDF appear right there. Track an order now.

Can you handle single pieces, or only batches?

Both. We machine one-off prototypes, replacement parts for machines we did not build, and repeat production batches. Quantity is one of the first things the order form asks, and the quote reflects it.

What happens to my drawings and CAD files?

They are used to review and quote your job, and to machine it if you proceed — nothing else. Files are stored on our own systems and are only visible to the engineers working on your order.
